Cartier Reception Launch with Vision Express

Passers-by on Oxford Street were filled with wonder. Vision Express’ busy flagship store had been transformed into an elegant space for an invitation-only unveiling of Cartier’s eyewear collection. Hosted by Kering Eyewear, the launch debuted the stunning Panthère de Cartier and Santos de Cartier ranges to Vision Express charity partners, media members and VIP customers.


Guests entered the remodelled store via a private black carpet in line with Cartier’s branding. It was a luxurious room fronted by Cartier bell boys and waiters with sparkling champagne flutes. Cartier campaign imagery featuring the new ophthalmic and sunglass frames were showcased beautifully on large stretched canvases and in a bespoke display frame with light box imagery.


Vision Express’ CEO Jonathan Lawson and Kering Eyewear’s CEO and Chairman Roberto Vedovotto welcomed the guests and gave speeches about the launch of the contemporary collection, followed by photos for the press. Storm model and DJ Nick Hadfield provided the evening’s music entertainment, all while sporting a stylish pair of Cartier frames of course. The night came to a close with guests being able to take away their very own exclusive Cartier goodie bag.
