Timbased Events are an accredited supplier at The Royal Opera House, a world-famous theatre with nearly 350 years of history in Covent Garden.

 

Home of the Royal Ballet, the Royal Opera and the Royal Opera House Orchestra, the event spaces are surprisingly diverse, offering both traditional grandeur and cool, contemporary elegance. Timebased have staged the GQ Awards here for the past seven years.

Timebased’s good relationship and familiarity of the venue’s spaces in The Royal Opera House allows for smooth running events and maximum creative use of space.

The Paul Hamlyn Hall’s dramatic scale lends itself perfectly to large events. Flooded by light by day and atmospherically lit after dark, its architectural brilliance is a perfect backdrop to glamorous events.

The Crush Room has been restored to its original 1858 gilded splendour and its high ceiling and magnificent décor make it a delightful alternative for up to 200 guests. The Linbury is a flexible modern theatre space with retractable seating for 400 people, ideal for conferences with high production and AV requirements.

There is also access to a private terrace, guests can enjoy views over Covent Garden and the London rooftops.

And for a quirky and original event experience, the ballet rehearsal studios can be transformed into reception and dinner venues.
