Production Manager

Timebased is a creative event management company with a variety of high profile clients based at Angel, Islington. We require an additional Production Manager to work on the production and technical management of events ranging from brand events and awards ceremonies, to press shows and product launches.  

The Production Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all technical and design elements of our events, working closely with our Events Managers from the early stages of planning an event, through until delivery. They will build up relationships with a range of suppliers to source suitable materials and services for events, negotiating and preparing quotes, insisting on the highest standards and ensuring we are complying with best practice and our sustainability program. They will also source and manage external and freelance staff.    

We are looking for a practical and pragmatic, first-class communicator with previous experience of building and delivering events. Candidates should be self-motivated and versatile, excellent timekeepers and have a level headed approach to high pressure activity. They should have good commercial awareness and initiative, and ideally a strong network of contacts to help facilitate the role. A full driving license is advantageous, but not essential.
