A evening to celebrate the very best in the British culinary world. This year the 4th annual GQ Food and Drink Awards was held in the contemporary Rosewood Hotel in Holborn. A stunning private area dressed with smoky orange and grey hues, lit with dazzling chandeliers and oscillating spotlights. The venue was brimming. 


The stylish crowd discussed industry news whilst delighting in their delicious cocktails from Belvedere Vodka, champagne from Veuve Clicquot and an array of mouth-watering canapés. 


Host Claudia Winkleman added her vibrant humour to the award ceremony, entertaining a variety of notable names such as Tara Bernerd, Dylan Jones, Bertrand Steip, Giorgio Locatelli, Jason Atherton and Ryan Chetiyawardana. Special guests such as Jamie Oliver gave heartfelt speeches in presenting the awards to food and drink's leading innovators.


Congratulations to all of the night's 12 outstanding winners: the likes of Clare Smyth for Core, Sonal Clare at Purnell's, the Sethis, Ruth Rogers, chef Paul Ainsworth at No 6, Sandia Chang at Bubbledogs, Bob Bob Ricard, Moor Hall, Swift bar, The Ned hotel, L'Enclume and The Fuzzy Duck. Each took home an impressive magnum-sized bottle of Veuve Clicquot and an exclusive Waterford Crystal ice bucket of victory. 


We can't wait to see who steals the prize next year...
